Methods of Payment

Paypal: TheFinest.at accepts PayPal. If you don't have funds in your PayPal account and don't have a credit card attached, you'll be paying with something called an eCheck, which will take 3-4 business days to clear. Your order won't ship until then. You can log into your PayPal account to keep tabs on the payment's status and you'll receive a shipment email from us when your package goes out.

Prepayment: Prepayment (advance payment) through bank transfer means that you transfer the invoice amount to our bank account and we send the merchandise as soon as the money is in our account.
For money transfer within the EU, please use the IBAN and SWIFT numbers, as mentioned below. So no extra bank charges have to be paid.
For international bank transfer please also use our IBAN and SWIFT numbers. In this case please ensure all fees are paid by the sender.

Delivery Conditions & delvery times

There are no geographical limitations for delivery, TheFinest.at delivers world wide up to a total weight of the package of 15kg. There is no minimum order value at our shop.

Kind of Packaging:
Products will be packaged by default and with no additional charge in a cardboard box and lined with wood wool.
The decorative wood wool is a proper packaging for groceries and is suitable for the necessary cover.

Temperatures:
TheFinest.at delivers packaged foods which do not require special refrigeration or cooling, only. Nevertheless, high temperatures might have an adverse effect on the quality of food. Since climate and transport conditions may vary significantly when delivering into different countries we seriously recommend you taking that into special consideration when ordering products from us.
For example, when delivering chocolate products, due to temperature differences in the summer months, the chocolate can acquire a grey film. This happens due to the cocoa butter in the chocolate. The grey film does not affect the quality of the chocolate and not a refundable reason!
