The Allego Finest OG is the sole owner of all information collected on this site. This information will not be shared with, sold or rented to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. This information is collected from users at several different points on the websites.

2. Order Acceptance, Order Rejection and Order Cancellation

The sale of Allego Finest OG products shall not be considered complete until we have accepted your offer to purchase them. Our acceptance of your offer to purchase is signified when we process your credit or debit card.

The Allego Finest OG reserves the right to decline your order at any time up until the moment we charge your credit or debit card.

If you wish to cancel your purchases, you must contact us by e-mail within 24 hours of first placing your order stating your order reference number. We will then advise you whether production has already commenced or if the goods have already been dispatched. If so, we will be unable to cancel your order and the goods will be charged to you and sent to the requested address. Providing we receive your notification before production has commenced or any item has been dispatched, we will cancel your order and your payment will be returned.

3. Offers and Prices

Any offers we make are designed to be used independently, and are not available in conjunction with any other offer.

4. Non Acceptance of Parcels, Complaints and Returns under Guarantee

The Allego Finest OG will not pay for the return of parcels that have been refused delivery for whatever reason. Arrangements must be made immediately on placing an order for goods to be accepted at the delivery address by yourself/the recipient or by their appointed agent.

You inform us of your complaint by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order. At our request, you agree to return the goods in question to reach us within 14 days of the date you originally received them. Any goods returned must be unopened, in the same packaging and condition as you received them. We do not accept returns for all perishable items!

You have to pre-pay the cost of return postage and packing by recorded delivery.

5. Reservation of Proprietary Rights

The merchandise legally belongs to the Allego Finest OG as long as the whole purchase price has not yet been paid.

6. Electronic communications

When you visit our site or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on our site. You agree to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement.
